The financial results of Lion Capital are available to the public in accordance with the financial calendar agreed with the Bucharest Stock Exchange, complying with the reporting requirements set by the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF).
The Financial Calendar 2024 for Lion Capital is scheduled as per the provisions of Art. 247 of ASF Regulation no. 5/2018 on issuers of financial instruments and market operations and of Art. 92, Title II, Chapter VI, Section 2 of the Bucharest Stock Exchange Rulebook.
Should any changes of the mentioned dates occur, caused by legislative changes or of other nature, the new proposed dates shall be declared in due time.
